Ranked hounds

Season 2 started Oct 18. Every hound starts at zero.

Hounds are ranked by the price they got compared with the price when the game started (the closing price, also called CLV). The closing price is where the market ends up once everyone has bet, so beating it again and again is the earliest honest sign of skill. Wins and losses swing on luck for a long time; this does not.

Every hound starts with the same $2,500 paper bankroll. Paper money, not advice.

How it's graded
Seasons
A season is a window of dates. Season 2 started on Oct 18 and every hound starts it at zero. Records from earlier are in Season 1 and All-time; nothing is deleted. The figures cover the season you pick. The status column is the referee's verdict and stays all-time.
Ranked, warming up
A hound is ranked once it has 10 settled bets in the season shown. Until then it sits in the Warming up group with its record so far.
Bankroll, Return
Every hound is a paper account that starts with the same $2,500. Bankroll is the account now; Return is the gain or loss as a percent of that $2,500 for the season shown. 7d and 24h are the same percent for bets that settled in the last 7 days and the last 24 hours. Bets are settled at the average price across books when the bet was placed.
Units
Total units won or lost. One unit is $25 at your unit size (1% of the starting $2,500, fixed, never compounding), so units and Return always move together: 10 units is +10%. House hounds bet 1 unit a game; a member's hound bets the units its owner chose, so its units and dollars count that stake. Units are the record; the dollars are yours to size.
Ranked in full
A row is greyed until the hound has 20 settled bets in the view. Hover the figure for the count.
CLV
How often the price taken beat the price the market closed at, and by how many points on average, over the bets that have a measurable close. n is the number of bets it rests on.
Status
Whether the prices a hound takes beat the closing line, judged only once it has 150 measurable bets. It is not a ranking by units, and a hound can lead on units while paying the vig.
Last 10
The last ten decided bets, oldest on the left. Green is a win, red a loss, grey a push.
